![]() ![]() How can I remove the WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software or remove all records of the HP K4000 keyboard from the system? I have ordered a new dongle that is Windows 10 compliant so I need to remove all traces of this one. I was able to pair my Windows 8.1 Smartphone. The Bluetooth is still installed and I cannot add my keyboard. Select Cancel and you get the same message again so I selected Cancel the second time. I have tried to find the file and even tried to expand the MSI in the exe. I went to Uninstall or change a program and selected the Windcomm Bluetooth Software. The most frequent installer filenames for the program are: BTTray.exe, BtwProblemReport.exe, NetworkingWizard.exe, NAB.exe and MessageManager.exe etc. The Targus install is the ACB10US1_driver_win7-Win8_202121011.exe WIDCOMM Bluetooth 12.0.1.940 is available as a free download on our software library. So I thought let's uninstall the Bluetooth driver. The keyboard works fine with my Windows 8.1 work laptop. ![]() That didn't work Try again and make sure that your keyboard is still discoverable. Now the HP K4000 keyboard that had been working will no longer connect. I am using a Targus Bluetooth dongle for my Dell Laptop because the built in stopped working after a couple of Windows 10 updates 60 days past upgrade.
